Mina Susana Setra is an Indigenous Woman leader of Dayak Pompakng from West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Currently Deputy to Secretary General of AMAN (Indigenous Peoples Alliance of the Archipelago – Indonesia), an indigenous organization with 2,586 indigenous communities as active members. She is also The Executive Director of Nusantara Fund, The President Board of the If Not Us Then Who, Member of Trustee of Kaoem Telapak, Board Member of Rights and Resource Initiative (RRI) 2020-2022 and served as the Co-Chair of Dedicated Grant Mechanism (DGM)’s Global Steering Committee from 2016-2021, an innovative USD 80 million grant program under the Forest Investment Program (FIP) of the World Bank for fighting forest loss by putting project design and funding decisions in the hands of Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities (IPLCs) in 13 countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America. For 20 years, Ms. Setra has worked on indigenous issues locally, nationally, internationally and has been actively involved in various international forum related to climate change and forest such as the UNFCCC COP, UNREDD Policy Board, Forest Investment Program, Oslo REDD+ Partnership, Forest Carbon Partnership Facility, Climate Summit, among others.
